Description: The Body Specs PISTOL+ Spectable is both ANSI and BALLISTIC certified, providing protection against shrapnel fragmentation. New enhancements include "Panascopic" tilt (pivots up & down), and retraction/extension capability temples. Depending on helmet position, wearers have the option of pivoting the front frame for optimal fit and comfort. The kit includes 2 high pressure injection molded polycarbonate lenses (neutral slate/clear) the lenses are anti-scratch & hard coated, protecting against chemical deterioration from DEET, hydraulic fluids & Petroleum base fluids such as gasoline,motor oils, and JP8 fuel. With a nominal thickness that provides ballistic-fragmentation protection, MIL-STD 662, MIL-PRF-31013 Vo ballistic requirements, and meets ANSI Z87.1-2003, ANSI Z87.+ optical performance. The PISTOL Spectacle also supports optional RX Carrier with a (-11 & +11) for soldiers requiring corrective lenses.
